Summary:

As in preceding years, in this document ACSUG (University System of Galicia Quality Agency) summarises the most relevant aspects of the evaluations carried out, in this case, those corresponding to the 2002 request for proposals.
A new feature of this report is the data it contains on the 4 services assessed throughout the year, in addition to data relating to the 23 degree programmes. It also includes information on how institutional evaluation is progressing in the University System of Galicia (SUG) at the end of the PNECU (National University Quality Evaluation Plan), alongside an annexe which lists the main weaknesses and proposals for improving the degree programmes assessed in the two II PCU (University Quality Plan) requests for proposals (annexe 2).
The good work carried out by the Galician universities is highlighted in this publication, as at the end of this plan 56.56% of SUG degree programmes had been assessed.
