Means of presentation and deadline.  

The call is open to present assessment or report requests before the ACSUG for the promotion and consolidation of associate professors. These may be presented, once the requirements are met, starting on the day following that of publication of the Order dated April 22, 2008 in the DOG.

The requests will be completed on a digital form, to which access is available through this link : Once the digital form is completed, it will be printed and duly signed.

This being done, it may be presented in any of the registries listed in Article 38.4 of Law 30/92, dated November 26, of the Public Administration Legal System and Common Administrative Procedure.

Documentation that must accompany the application:

a) Copy of the document verifying the identity of the applicant (national I.D. or equivalent). In case it is issued by data transmission, it will not be necessary to send a hard copy.

b) Curriculum vitae indicating the individual merits the interested parties wish to show, obtained only during the period or periods of employment as associate professors, which are the object of evaluation.

The Curriculum vitae must have the following sections: Personal data, teaching activity, training and teaching innovation, research, management and other merits (this section will include professional experience in non-university environments). In case it is issued by data transmission, it will not be necessary to send a hard copy.

For the interested parties that wish it, the ACSUG provides the following CV form .

c) Applicant Declaration (published as attachment IV of the Order dated April 22, 2008) of the veracity of the data that appear in their resumed, as well as of the attached supporting documents and by which the responsibilities are assumed that may be derived otherwise. Once the digital form is completed, it will be printed and duly signed, and attached to the application and the justification of the merits.

For the interested parties that wish it, the ACSUG provides the following declaration .

Acsug will request from the Universities of the SUG, the list certifying that the applicants fulfill the corresponding requirements established in Article Two of the Order of April 22, 2008, to request the issuance of the report or evaluation .  

Justification of the curricular merits.

- ACSUG will request the GUS Universities for regulated university teaching (POD) claimed in the CV ; therefore, it will not be necessary for applicants to justify this.

- The courses and masters degrees received are justified with the corresponding certificates in which their numbers of hours appear.

- Innovation projects and competitive research projects must be justified with the documentation showing the paying entity's concession, the characteristics and the position occupied as a member of the project and whether they are of international, state, autonomous community, interuniversity or interdepartmental nature.

- The use of new technologies and web resource development for teaching are justified by indicating the URL for the resources, or by certificates from the platform administrator indicating the use of the resource and the administrator. If the URL has restricted access, support may be provided in the form of a printed copy of the home page; the name of the administrator responsible for developing the home page must appear.

- To show evidence of books, articles and other publications, it will be sufficient to provide a simple copy of the first and last pages, index, and the page indicating the ISBN, ISSN, Legal Depository, etc. In the case of work accepted and pending publication, this is justified with a certificate from the publisher or entity responsible for publication.

- The doctoral thesis lecture will be justified: with the doctoral diploma, certificates from the commission responsible for the management of the tertiary education and postgraduate cycles in each university, or with evidence of having recorded the doctorate's degree.

- Performance in individual management positions is justified with the certificates of the Secretary General of the corresponding university, in which the position and the starting and ending dates appear.

- The professional activity carried out must be supported as a priority with the presentation of copies of the corresponding work contracts and Social Security employment history statements.

According to Article 35.f of Law 30/92, dated November 26, of the Public Administration Legal System and Common Administrative Procedure, if the evaluation or report has been requested in advance and regulated by the Order dated April 22, 2008, it will be not necessary to present the documentation that is held by the ACSUG. In this case, these circumstances will be indicated in the application, making reference to the file number corresponding to prior evaluations or reports. In any case, the curricular merits obtained after the previous evaluation or report application must be justified.
