The agreements of the Management Council exhaust the administrative process, so that according to Article 116 of Law 30/92 reconsideration must be requested before the same entity that ordered it (the Board of Directors of the ACSUG) or be contested directly before the contentious-administrative jurisdiction, according Law 29/98, dated July 13.

The interested parties who wish to file a request for reconsideration against the resolution by the ACSUG, may do so within a month from their notification, using the corresponding form . These requests may be presented by the means indicated in Article 38.4 of Law 30/92, dated November 26, of the Public Administration Legal System and Common Administrative Procedure.
