CONTRACTING PARTY'S PROFILE:

The Axencia para a Calidade do Sistema Universitario de Galicia (ACSUG), as a public administration integrated into the public sector, is subject to the Law on Public Sector Contracts (LCSP).

The objectives of this Law include guaranteeing the following principles in public sector contracting: free access to tenders and publicity; transparency in proceedings; non-discrimination and equal treatment among the candidates, and efficient use of the funds intended for performance of work and procurement of goods and contracting services.

To ensure transparency and public access to information regarding its contractual activities, according to Article 42 of the LCSP, the ACSUG website publishes the tenders open or underway, the provisionally and finally awarded contracts, and the proceedings that are cancelled.
