Bonuses for recognition of teaching and research work: application

  1. Applicants must electronically fill in the application form (annex I), which is the same for both types of bonus, and the self-evaluation reports (annex II.A and II.B), using the forms available on the computer application, which can be accessed using the website www.acsug.es. Applications that are not filled in electronically will not be evaluated.
  2. The applications submitted must use an X to indicate which type (or types) of additional compensation the application is requesting evaluation for. If advance evaluation is being requested for both types of compensation, this can be done using the same application for.
  3. Once the application form (annex I) has been filled in, it must be saved and then submitted at the locations indicated in section 5, duly signed, along with the documentation listed below unless this has been submitted electronically:
    • A copy of the National ID Document (DNI in Spanish) or equivalent, in cases where its viewing in the identity data verification system has been expressly denied to the ACSUG, according to the provisions found in Decree 255/2008 of 23 October (Official Gazette of Galicia of 13 November).
    • Also, depending upon which compensation bonus the evaluation is being requested for, applicants must submit the following documentation:
      1. For the bonus for recognition of teaching work:
        • A brief self-evaluation report on the teaching work, which must be submitted according to the standardized form published for this purpose as annex II.A.
      2. For the bonus for recognition of research work:
        • Verification of the doctoral degree, only in cases where viewing by the ACSUG via the Ministry of Education has been expressly denied (this requirement does not apply for applicants who are professors from teaching bodies that require a doctoral degree, a situation that the applicant must make clear in the application).
        • A brief self-evaluation report on the research work, which must be submitted using the standardized form published for this purpose as annex II.B.
    • Any other documents the applicant considers to be relevant.
  4. To verify compliance with all other requirements found in the third basis document and not specified in the two previous points, the ACSUG will request from the SUG universities an official list to certify whether the applicants are members of the university’s teaching and research staff, under the terms required by that basis document.
  5. Submittal of the applications, along with the rest of the documentation, must take place at the government of Galicia’s web portal: https://sede.xunta.gal. Applications may be submitted using any of the identification and signature mechanisms admitted by the government of Galicia’s web portal, including the Chave 365 username and password system (https://sede.xunta.gal/chave365).
