Advancement for collaborating professors: appeals

The decisions of the Galician Committee for Reports, Evaluations, Certifications, and Accreditations (CGIACA) exhaust the administrative remedies, which means that in conformity with the contents of article 116 of Law 30/1992 these decisions can be appealed before the same entity that issued them or can be directly contested before the administrative dispute jurisdiction in conformity with the contents of Law 29/98 of July 13.

Interested parties who wish to file an appeal for reconsideration of the decision announced by the CGIACA must do so within a period of one month after being notified, by using the corresponding form being made available here. These appeals may be filed using the means indicated in article 38.4 of Law 30/1992 of November 26, on the Legal Regulations for Public Administrations and Common Administrative Procedures.
