Formalization of the applications and curricula vitae submitted
In conformity with the applicable regulations, the ACSUG will release an annual call for applications requesting the Evaluation required prior to hiring of a person holding a doctoral degree as a professor at a public university or as a professor at a private university.
Once the call has been announced and during the period that it establishes, applications and curricula vitae must be uploaded in electronic format using the computer platform that can be accessed using this link.
Once the application and curriculum vitae have been uploaded in digital format they must also be submitted in the manner indicated in the respective calls for applications.
Verification of the contents of the curriculum vitae
Documentation verifying the contents of the curriculum vitae must be submitted electronically. The order in which these are presented must coincide with the order of the headings of the curriculum vitae. Digital copies of this documentation must be attached in the manner indicated in the respective calls for applications. Paper copies of the documentation verifying the contents of the curriculum vitae will not be accepted.
The ACSUG may request that applicants provide originals or certified copies of this documentation at any time prior to announcing its decision on the application. Taking into account the fact that applicants must sign a statement attesting to the veracity of the contents of the application and the curriculum vitae, as well as of all of the documentation attached to the application, the applicants will assume any liability that may correspond to inaccuracies that these documents may contain.
Once the period for submittal of the applications has expired for the corresponding call, no further documentation for verifying the contents of the curriculum vitae will be accepted. The ACSUG will not make any requests for documentation to verify the contents of the curriculum vitae. The evaluations will take place based upon the documentation for verifying the contents of the CV as provided by the applicant up until that point in time.
