Accreditation for professors: appeals

The decisions of the Galician Committee for Reports, Evaluations, Certifications, and Accreditations (CGIACA) exhaust all administrative remedies, which means that in conformity with the contents of article 116 of Law 30/1992 of November 26, on the Legal Regulations for Public Administrations and Common Administrative Procedures, the decisions can be appealed before the same entity that issued them or else can be directly contested before the administrative litigation jurisdiction in conformity with the contents of Law 29/1998 of July 13.

Persons wishing to file an internal appeal for reconsideration must do so within a period of one month from the time they are notified of the decision, and must use the same computer platform used to submit their application. After being uploaded electronically this request for appeal must be printed, duly signed, and submitted to any of the registry offices indicated in article 38.4 of Law 30/92.
